Our experience with Vesper Real Estate has been absolutely first class from start to finish. We were lucky enough to secure an agreement to purchase after viewing the property and Paul has been extremely responsive ever since in terms of chasing up all the various parties, solicitors and owners to ensure a smooth and painless transition of ownership.

I have to add in our particular case, Paul worked very closely with us to do some renovation work as part of the purchase and was extremely helpful in sourcing suppliers, materials and project managing the process on our behalf. As a result, we were very pleased with the outcome as it was extremely important to get everything just right as moving my elderly parents into this property.

I must say Paul Movassaghi most definitely went over and above in the purchase of my new house, which is something you would not see in your standard estate agent. In a challenging sales process Paul communicated clearly all the way though the process to ensure all the details were actioned on my behalf often working outside of normal business hours and was always easy to get hold of.

He problem solved on many issues in relation to the sale and supported with surveys and solicitors in a sales chain that grew more completed. He was always punctual and professional with a friendly proactive attitude and managed to resolve very challenging situations that may have caused the sale to fail.

I cannot fault Paul in his commitment to the sales process and he clearly showed this in his actions in going that extra mile to secure the sale in spending a whole day of his own time on a Saturday to remove the last barrier to the sale.
